The Job Portal in Spott allows you to showcase open positions online and receive applications seamlessly. Candidates who apply through the portal are automatically added to Spott, linked to the correct job, and ready to be reviewed in your pipeline. This eliminates manual entry and ensures every application is tracked from the start.

Access the Job Portal page

Jobs Pn
  1. In Spott, go to Jobs.
  2. Find the job you’re looking for. Make sure it’s under the right company/client.
  3. Click on the job title.
  4. Click on the Job Portal tab (on the top ribbon).

Job Portal - Overview

Portal Pn The Job Portal tab allows you to manage and publish external job descriptions directly from Spott.

Editing the Job Description

You can edit or generate a job description including:
  • Title, location, employment type
  • Salary range and start date
  • Company description
  • Role overview
  • Key responsibilities
Use the Generate Job Description button to create an AI-assisted draft.

Publishing

  • Spott Job Board Posting
    • Status indicator (Published / Draft)
    • Settings to configure the posting
    • Open Vacancy Portal: shareable link for candidates
  • LinkedIn Job Board Posting
    • Publish directly to LinkedIn with one click

Candidate Flow

When a candidate applies through the Vacancy Portal or LinkedIn posting:
  1. The application is captured automatically.
  2. Candidate appears in the Inbound stage of your pipeline.
The sourcing criteria provided in the Job Portal tab will also be used by Spott’s AI Matching tool.
