The Company Portal in Spott is a secure space where your clients can view their open roles, track candidate submissions, and collaborate with your team. It reduces back-and-forth communication, keeps all stakeholders aligned, and ensures clients have real-time visibility into the hiring process.

Access a job’s Company Portal page

  1. In Spott, go to Jobs.
  2. Find the job you’re looking for. Make sure it’s under the right company/client.
  3. Click on the job title.
  4. Click on the Company Portal tab (on the top ribbon).

Company Portal - Overview

Companyportal Pn The Company Portal lets you securely share selected candidates with your client.

Publishing Candidates

  • Published on Company Portal: visible to the client
  • Not on Company Portal: internal only
Move candidates in or out of the portal view to control visibility.

Candidate List

Each candidate row includes:
  • Name
  • Stage (Inbound, Short List, Presented, etc.)
  • Email & Phone
  • Work Experience

Portal Controls

On the right panel you can:
  • Portal Status: open/close the portal
  • Copy link: share the secure link with the client
  • Visible fields: choose which candidate details to show (Name, Email, Phone, Location, Company, Education, etc.)
  • Manage Portal Access: invite or manage client contacts with access

Workflow

  1. Select which candidates to publish.
  2. Configure visible fields to hide or show details.
  3. Share the secure portal link with the client.
  4. Manage which client contacts have access to the portal.
