Make sure LinkedIn is synced with Spott

Before creating a job board posting, ensure that your LinkedIn account is synced with Spott:Linkedinintegr Pn
  1. In Spott, go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find the LinkedIn integration and make sure it is connected.
  3. If not, click Connect and follow the login prompts.

Create LinkedIn Job Board Posting

To create a job bost posting, first go the Jobs tab, then click on Job Portal. After having filled your job description, click on + Create LinkedIn Job Board Posting.Jobportallinked Pn

Configure LinkedIn job board settings

You need to have created a LinkedIn Recruiter Project from within LinkedIn Recruiter before you can create and publish a job board posting on Spott.
The LinkedIn job board settings will open, where you can set:
  • Application Stage (at what stage should inbound applications be added)
  • LinkedIn Project URL (fill in with the URL of your LinkedIn Recruiter project)
  • LinkedIn Application URL (Optional — If the job was already made public, fill with the job’s LinkedIn Application URL)
Once it is published, any inbound application from the LinkedIn job posting will be automatically added to your Spott candidate base.
