  2. Find the job you’re looking for. Make sure it’s under the right company/client.
  3. Click on the job title.

Job Pipeline - Overview

Pipelinev2 Pn Pipelines let you track candidates across different stages of the recruitment process in a visual board or list view.

Stages

  • Inbound: Applications or referrals received.
  • Outreach: Candidates you’ve contacted but not yet shortlisted.
  • Long List: Broader set of potential fits.
  • Short List: Refined selection of strong candidates.
  • Presented: Candidates shared with the client.
  • Placed: Candidate accepted an offer.
  • Hired: Final confirmation.

Candidate Cards

Each card includes:
  • Candidate name and current role
  • Owner (assignee)
  • Quick actions: notes, communications, profile
Drag and drop cards to move candidates between stages.

Views

  • Board view: Kanban-style: drag and drop
  • List view: Table-style, sortable and filterable
Use the search bar or filters to quickly find candidates by name, company, or attributes.
