Open LinkedIn Sales Navigator
LinkedIn Web: If you use LinkedIn Web, just go to any candidate’s LinkedIn profile and follow the same instructions laid out below. However, LinkedIn Web only allows adding one candidate at a time. To add candidates in bulk, please use Sales Navigator.
This is where you can search and filter for the exact type of candidates or leads you want to add into Spott.

Open the Spott browser extension
Click on the Spott extension icon in your browser toolbar.
This opens the integration panel that allows you to push selected LinkedIn profiles into Spott without leaving Sales Navigator.

Make sure LinkedIn is synced with Spott
Before importing profiles, ensure that your LinkedIn account is synced with Spott:
- In Spott, go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find the LinkedIn integration and make sure it is connected.
- If not, click Connect and follow the login prompts.
Without syncing first, profiles will not be sent to your Spott database.

Select profiles in Sales Navigator
Use Sales Navigator’s search and filters to find relevant candidates.
Tick the checkbox next to each profile you want to add to Spott.

Add selected profiles to Spott
In the Spott extension, click Import selected profiles.
The selected profiles will now be queued for import into your Spott account.

Check imported profiles in Spott
- In Spott, go to Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn.
- Here, you’ll see a list of all profiles you’ve added from LinkedIn, along with the scheduled import time.

At that scheduled time, the profiles will automatically appear in your Candidate database.
Once imported, LinkedIn profiles become full candidate records in Spott. You can enrich them, add notes, link them to jobs, or include them in your outreach workflows.
