Insert recipient name placeholders

To personalize your email, insert placeholders that are replaced with the recipient’s name at send time:
  • { Recipient > First Name } — Inserts the recipient’s first name
  • { Recipient > Last Name } — Inserts the recipient’s last name
Placeholders only work if the recipient’s first and last name exist in your database.

No need to save manually

Spott auto-saves your changes as you work.
You can navigate away or start another task — your template is kept automatically.
Using recipient name placeholders keeps templates personal while still saving time with pre-written content.
