Enabling MS Teams in the Admin Centre
Want to grant access to fetch transcriptions but don’t know who owns the admin rights to enable this?
You can follow the steps below:

Visit the Microsoft Teams Admin Center

In the sidebar, navigate to Teams then Manage Teams

Click on your organization in the table

In the table with all users in your organization, locate the person with column ‘Role’ set to Owner
- This person should have the correct privileges to allow third-party apps access
